It depends on how many feet of gutter your home needs, the number of corners and downspouts, the material and size, whether you add leaf protection, and the condition of your fascia. We measure on site and give you an exact written price.
Seamless gutters are roll-formed on site from a continuous coil of metal, so each run is one piece. Without seams along the run, there are fewer places to leak.
Most homes do well with 5″ gutters. Large or steep roofs, long runs and roofs with valleys often need 6″. We size your gutters after measuring your roof.
Aluminum is lighter and won’t rust. Steel is heavier and more dent-resistant. Both are seamless and can be color-matched to your home.
Yes. Gutters are only as strong as the board they hang on. If the fascia is soft or rotted, we replace it before the new gutters go up.
You get the manufacturer’s written warranty on the materials plus Perfect Siding’s written 15-year workmanship warranty. We’ll give you copies of both. Coverage details are in the written documents.
